Welcome From Our Owners
We are Danny Warren and Matthew Smith, co-owners of Danny’s Lawn and Landscape. After Danny’s distinguished military career spanning both the Air Force, where he served as an officer, and the Army, where he was an NCO flight medic on Huey helicopters, we decided to combine our passion for landscaping and serving the community by bringing military values of excellence, precision, and dedication to the landscaping industry here in North Texas.
Founded in 2021, Danny’s Lawn and Landscape has been proudly serving the DFW area for 4 years with over 40 years of combined experience in landscaping and grounds management. As longtime residents of the DFW area, we understand the unique challenges our region faces – from clay soils and water restrictions to extreme summer heat and sudden freezes. We are a full-service landscape company for both residential and commercial customers throughout the DFW Metroplex, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Granbury, and surrounding communities.

Co-Owner & Founder
After serving as both an Air Force officer and an Army NCO flight medic on Huey helicopters, Danny brings leadership, discipline, and attention to detail to every landscaping project. His military experience taught him the importance of precise execution, teamwork, and delivering results under pressure – skills he now applies to creating beautiful outdoor spaces throughout North Texas. As a DFW resident, Danny is passionate about creating landscapes that not only look beautiful but also thrive in our unique climate.
Matthew Smith
Co-Owner & Operations Manager
Born and raised in Fort Worth with family roots going back several generations, Matthew is Danny’s brother-in-law and a well-known figure in the DFW area. When he’s not ensuring our customers receive top-notch service, Matthew can be found behind the drums in his Texas country music band, where he’s earned the nickname “Pawpaw” from his many fans. His deep roots in the North Texas community and genuine love for lawns and plants make him the perfect complement to Danny’s military precision. Matthew brings his passion for serving others and his extensive knowledge of local growing conditions to every project. His commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction ensures that each client receives the trustworthy service that has made Danny’s Lawn and Landscape a DFW favorite.
